The project was the remodel of an existing 2,796 sq. ft. Residence and 468 sq. ft. Garage into a 4,506 sq. ft. Congregate Living Facility with 747 sq. ft. of Garage space.   It was the intention of the Owner to license the facility as a Congregate Living Facility certified by the Center for Medicare Services to provide General Inpatient Care.  The project will provide end-of-life and palliative care to six residents in a home-like environment.  By creating an indoor/outdoor relationship for each room, nature has been brought into the facility for patients, family and staff to enjoy.
