PALOMAR MEDICAL CENTER MOB 1 TO BREAK GROUND SPRING 2017

The first of three Medical Office Buildings, designed by Richard Yen & Associates, is scheduled to break ground this fall.

The 72,000 sq. ft. building located directly south of Palomar Pomerado Hospital will initially be constructed as a cold shell with all infrastructure in place for future tenant improvement work.

A new RTF shell building is currently being designed to coincide with the construction of the MOB.
